Helium-filled foil balloons typically float for 3–5 days, depending on environment and handling. Latex balloons generally float for 12–24 hours.

4. Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?

Same-day orders may be available, subject to stock and schedule availability. Please contact us early to check availability.

Currently, Demuse Balloon focuses on balloon delivery and ready-made arrangements. Setup services may be available for selected orders—please enquire directly.

Keep balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, heat, and air-conditioning vents to prolong their appearance and float time.

13. Can balloons be reused?

Air-filled foil balloons can be reused if carefully deflated and stored. Helium-filled balloons are generally for single use.

14. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders 1–3 days in advance, especially during peak seasons such as weekends and festive periods.
